  • Do you have to have a gym mebmership to complete these workouts?
    No. All of the Runway Fitness workouts can be done in a gym, at home, in a hotel room, park… with little to no equipment. Any equipment needed will be specified in the workout plans.
  • How can I access the videos I purchased through John Benton Model Fitness?
    JBMF videos are no longer available. With your previous purchases, you do have lifetime access to certain Runway Fitness On Demand content. If you purchased the full package, you have access to; Full Body, Full Body + Booty, Full Body Workout 2, Arm Toner Express, Full Body Step Cardio, Cardio + Core videos. If you purchased a single workout; Workout 1= Full Body Workout 2= Full Body + Booty Workout 3= Full Body Workout 2 Workout 4= Arm Toner Express Workout 5= Full Body Step Cardio Workout 6= Cardio Core
  • How many days a week should I be doing these workouts?
    Since these workouts incorporate light weights or just bodyweight only, we recommend 4-6 days a week to see optimal results.
  • How soon should I expect to see results?
    That’s hard to say since everyone is different. We always encourage everyone to stay consistent and patient. We’ve seen hundreds of women make incredible progress very quickly.
  • Do I have to be a model or an aspiring model to do these workouts?
    No. We work with anyone who wants to achieve a long, lean, toned body in a sustainable, healthy way.
  • What is Runway Fitness?
    Runway Fitness is female owned and operated, and instructed by working fashion models with backgrounds in fitness and athletics. We have a unique, fun, and functional approach to exercise. Not everyone has the time or even the desire to go to the gym. This method can be done anywhere with little to no equipment at all, so you can do these workouts anywhere. So many people workout hard, but against their body goals. Our method pairs low impact functional full body workouts with a focus on hip, leg, and waist toning that help create strong, long, lean muscles without adding bulk.
  • What are the differences in the nutrition packages exactly?
    Real Food Reset This package includes the following: · 30 – minute nutrition call with RD to go over the Reset protocol ·The Real Food Reset Protocol designed to kick start weight loss, measurement reduction and reset dietary habits. This 5 -day diet protocol will help you shed pounds, reduce measurements, kick sugar cravings and establish the foundation for a healthier diet ·Ongoing support with the Runway RD during the course of the 5-day Real Food Reset ·5 live virtual classes This is a great option if you are preparing for an event, audition, shoot, trip, etc. Or just need to hit the reset button and start eating healthier! Nutrition Consult 1 – Daily Essentials Nutrition Program This package includes the following: ·A comprehensive 60-minute nutrition consultation and nutrition education session with the RD. This virtual session will explore your individual weight, measurement and health goals and provide you with the education and tools required to meet these goals ·Daily Essentials Nutrition Program. This is a custom nutrition program designed for you in response to your specific goals. This plan will include macronutrient recommendations, sample meal plans, recipes, etc. ·30 live virtual classes or unlimited monthly membership This is a great option if you are looking for a personalized and individualized nutrition plan to meet your specific goals. Nutrition Consult 2 – Full Consultation ·Includes both the above programs ·30 live virtual classes or unlimited monthly membership This is a great option if you are seeking a personalized nutrition program, but also want to do something immediately that will accelerate results.
  • I'm having technical issues.

  • Are these workouts good for men too?
    These workouts are amazing for men who are trying to tone up without adding too much bulk.

  • I would like to suspend or cancel my membership.
    If you need to cancel your membership, there is an option to cancel under your My Account Page. Go to My Account, then My Purchases, and you will see your Active Membership there with the option to cancel. If you would rather suspend your membership than cancel, please reach out to hello@runwayfitness.com and we can suspend your membership on our end, and then when you are ready to reactive, just let us know and we will do that for you as well.
