Hi all, hoping I can get help on this. I've been doing runway fitness for about 6months regularly. I've been able to get very toned and loose a lot of weight and excess muscle. However im struggling with reducing my wait measurements. Im loosing weight overall every day/ week but my waist is not moving as fast as I would like. I've lost about 20 pounds in the past few months. My bust is smaller now but still struggling. Any advice?
