I’ve been doing these workouts for a couple months now and I’ve find they’re really helped my abs and lower body but I still find that my upper body(back and arms) feels puffier/bulkier than the rest - I was wondering if you have any suggestions or advice about this?

Don’t use any weights & focus on form. We all carry weight in different parts so some may take a bit more time to slim and tone. Skip the arm focused workouts, with all the planks in my classes they’ll get plenty toned. If focusing on working arms, especially if doing a lot of arm workouts, it can create some inflammation in the exercise process. We can’t spot reduce, so focus more on whole body and areas you’re wanting to reduce will catch up.
